I worked as a Producer and Team Leader, overseeing the project’s media production from planning to final delivery. My role involved coordinating the creative team and managing the full production workflow, including photography, videography, video editing, graphic design, content preparation, and publishing. I was responsible for ensuring that all creative outputs were delivered consistently, on time, and aligned with the overall direction of the festival.
